Hi! I'm Francesca,

I'm a mom of two boys and a dog named Bruno. I love butterflies, Italy, period dramas, celebrations, anything that sparkles, and meaningful connection. I also know what it means to walk through seasons of deep joy and profound challenge.

I married my husband in 2012. I became a mom in 2015. I experienced a miscarriage in 2018. I welcomed my second son in 2020, and four months later, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Primary Mediastinal Large B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

I entered remission in 2021. That same year, we lost my father-in-law to multiple myeloma.

In 2022, I lost my dad to the same disease, and just two weeks after his passing, I began my dream job.

In 2023, my youngest was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My husband later faced a life-threatening health crisis and, in 2024, was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. In 2025, my mom was involved in a traumatic car accident and gratefully survived. Five months later, we lost my mother-in-law to metastatic breast cancer.

Life changes you.

Each chapter reshaped how I define purpose, success, and resilience. I began asking different questions:

How do I want to live?
What truly matters?
How do I align my work with who I am?
What is my purpose?

Those questions led me here.

In 2025, I chose to publicly share my story and step fully into entrepreneurship and philanthropy, building businesses and communities rooted in transformation, access, and purpose.

On the topic of transformation, access, and purpose...

I started three people focused companies, Lux.Cor.Vitae. (transformational life coaching), FLB Coachsulting (executive coaching and corporate consulting), and The Flutter Express, a transportation service connecting customers of all ages to locations with leading healthcare institutions. I also co-founded a nonprofit, Flutter Club, inc. which provides partially subsidized and fully subsidized rides for people of all ages, their companions, caregivers, family, and friends to take The Flutter Express to medical appointments. I am taking my skills, life experiences, and my inclusive people-centric approach, and investing them into three businesses and a nonprofit that I believe will help make this world a better place by prioritizing the people who live in it.

Before launching my companies, I spent more than a decade leading large-scale organizational transformation. At Amazon. I served as a senior strategic advisor and led proactive employee relations efforts for their global corporate businesses, impacting more than 15,000 employees, primarily in the entertainment industry. During my time there, I led high-impact enterprise initiatives including organizational stabilization, workforce strategy, post-acquisition integration, and leadership capability development during periods of significant complexity and risk.

Before joining Amazon, I built and led the People and Culture function for five years at a fast-growing cybersecurity company, GreyCastle Security. I actively led the company’s HR and Culture strategy, developed and operationalized the company’s values, created the company’s organizational design to scale, facilitated leadership and team offsites, and more! During this period, the company doubled its talent YoY, achieved a 95% talent retention rate, and more than fifteen remarkable workplace culture accolades, including being nationally recognized as a Best Workplace by Inc. Magazine in 2020.

I began my career at The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group (KJCG), as an Associate Consultant and Strategy Partner for six and a half years. During my time there, I facilitated client education sessions and offsites, coached leaders and teams, developed and executed $1-10MM consulting interventions, and served as strategy project leader on various client engagements. As a consultant, my work took me around the world, into many industries from pharmaceutical manufacturing to fashion, as well as many global Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, colleges, and large non-profit organizations.

Across every role, one theme has remained consistent: building scalable systems that align people, performance, and purpose.

For more than a decade, I have participated in speaking engagements across the country.

From 2011 to 2014, I facilitated a personal development workshop at Camp Rising Sun, a leadership program for extraordinary teens. In 2014, I co-keynoted Inclusion as the HOW® for Transformation at the University of Wisconsin Cooperative County Extension Leadership Conference for 600 attendees. Within the Capital District, in 2017, I was a panelist on the diversity and inclusion panel for Women@Work’s first New York State Women’s Summit, and solo presenter for The Downtown Troy Business Improvement District Series, Creating and Sustaining a Best Place to Work Starts with YOU for capital district business owners. In 2025, I was honored to be a presenting speaker at the Women@Work monthly breakfast series.

I have remained active in giving back to community throughout my career. I coordinate and emcee the bi-annual Troy 100 Forum (for government, religious and community leaders to discuss issues vital to the future of Troy, New York), and started doing so in 2013. I have served on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of the Greater Capital Region from 2016-2024, Josephs House and Shelter from 2016-2017, and the Troy 2020 board from 2015-2017. During my cancer journey, I raised money for The Albany Medical Center Foundation impacting the D4 East cancer unit to purchase PPE for nurses and staff, and in memory of my father in 2022 for Multiple Myeloma research at the University of Miami Sylvester Cancer Center. In October of 2021, I began mentoring patients going through their own cancer journeys, and curating care packages for recently diagnosed cancer patients. In 2025, I was selected as one of 12 couples to participate in Dancing with the Capital Region Stars, where we raised nearly $12,000 in support of Flutter Club, inc. In 2026, I was selected as a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Albany Business Review, recognizing my leadership, innovation, and regional impact..

In October 2025, I received a Certificate of Congressional Recognition and the To Life! Trailblazer Award in recognition of my leadership and community impact through The Flutter Express. That same year, I was named one of Capital Region Living Magazine’s Top 10 Do-Gooders of the Capital Region of New York for my compassionate work through Flutter Club, Inc.

I am bilingual in English and Italian, hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management & Technology. I am also a Lean Six Sigma–certified Green Belt, certified Master Professional Life Coach, and received my Wellness Counseling certificate in 2024 from Cornell University. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Organizational Development Network, WELCOA, and National Wellness Institute, as well as many other professional and community organizations in upstate NY.
