  • What is the difference between Executive Coaching and therapy?
    An Executive Coach focuses on moving forward and your leadership development. Coaching allows the client to lead the way, and the coach becomes a collaborative and co-creative partner with the client. A therapist is a licensed professional that deals with issues in the client’s past that are causing problems in their current lives. They also uncover “why.” Exploring issues such as family of origin and deep emotional trauma can uncover why they behave the way that they do.
  • I don’t have time to come to your office, can I work with you remotely?
    Yes, FLB Coachsulting offers a video conferencing option through Zoom meetings for both Executive Coaching and most consulting services. The need for in-person consulting will be discussed during the one/one discovery call.
  • How do I pay for my Executive Coaching sessions that are by Zoom?
    Installment Payments are due at least 60 minutes prior to the Zoom Appointments. You will receive an invoice from me on the MONDAY before your appointment. If the coaching sessionis not paid at least 60 minutes prior, the appointment is automatically canceled. If you wish to reschedule you will be asked to make you rinstallment payment beforehand. All payments made are final.
  • How do I pay for my in-person Executive Coaching sessions?
    Installment payments are due at the time of the session for all in-person appointments -- credit cards, Venmo, and cash are all accepted. All payments made are final.
  • What is your cancellation policy for Executive Coaching and Consulting Services?
    Out of courtesy to other clients waiting to get in for an appointment, if you need to CANCEL your executive coaching session, please kindly do so within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be invoiced in full for your missed appointment. Your appointment time will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If, for whatever reason, you are delayed beyond that - then your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you have prepaid and miss your appointment, please note that the pre-payment for the full amount of your service will be applied toward the missed-appointment fee. If you are a "no-show" for your appointment, you will also be charged a missed-appointment fee for the full amount of service booked. Consulting services cancellation policy will be outlined in your consulting agreement.
