(L.C.V.) for people like me and you, who have gone through illness, loss, and big life events that have caused us to re-evaluate life, and uncover a need for personal transformation to move forward. Guiding, coaching, empowering, and cheering you on as you transform and move forward so that you can live life purposefully and authentically, on your terms, defined by you.

How it Works:
Step 1:
Schedule a free 15-minute coaching consultation call and fill out a client intake form.
Step 2:
Schedule a one/one discovery call: The one/one 60-minute discovery call helps both me (the coach) and you (the client) decide if we are a good fit for each other. We dive deeper into your needs, get clear on whether or not you are ready for coaching, and start to establish a relationship and rapport between you (the client) and me (the coach). During this call, you will have the opportunity to share more about you, ask questions, and we will discuss how to move forward with your coaching journey.
