My Mission
With over fifteen years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership coaching, I bring an inclusive, people-first approach to everything I do. My mission is to create positive change by helping people and businesses unlock their full potential, fostering growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

My role involved coaching leaders, consulting on workplace experience strategies, and guiding high-profile people and culture integrations during mergers and acquisitions.

GreyCastle Security: As Director of People and Culture for five years, I developed and implemented HR and culture strategies, scaling the organization’s design to support rapid growth. I specialized in leadership development, strategic planning, and delivering multimillion-dollar consulting interventions across industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, finance, fashion, and higher education.
I’m a certified professional coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Lean Six Sigma certified Green Belt, and hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management & Technology.

Schedule a free 15-minute coaching consultation call.
Step 2:
Fill out an Intake Form and Schedule a one/one discovery call: The one-on-one 60-minute discovery call helps both me (the coach/consultant) and you (the client) decide if we are a good fit for each other. We dive deeper into your needs, get clear on whether or not you are ready for coaching or consulting, and establish a relationship and rapport between you (the client) and me (the coach/consultant), even before our work commences.
Step 3:
Select your executive coaching package or consulting engagement.
Step 4:
Sign your contract, pay your investment, and let's get started!

Package One: Six (6) one/one 70-minute bi-weekly or monthly
coaching sessions (virtual or in-person). -
Package Two: Twelve (12) one/one 70-minute bi-weekly or monthly coaching sessions (virtual or in-person).

Package Three: Twenty (20) one/one 70-minute bi-weekly
coaching sessions (virtual or in-person).
