I am an enterprise transformation executive and founder with more than fifteen years of experience advising senior leaders across Fortune 500 corporations, high-growth private companies, and global consulting engagements spanning the United States, South America, Europe, and Singapore.

My experience includes:

• Amazon: For three years, I led enterprise-level workforce strategy and  proactive employee relations efforts impacting over 15,000 employees across Amazon’s global corporate businesses, predominantly in the entertainment industry. I served as a senior advisor during complex organizational transitions, including mergers and acquisitions, large-scale workforce integrations, and proactive performance stabilization initiatives. 

• GreyCastle Security: As Director of People and Culture for five years, I developed and implemented HR and culture strategies, scaling the organization’s design to support rapid growth. Supported 205% growth while sustaining 95% talent retention. Led initiatives that earned over fifteen workplace culture accolades, including national recognition from Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplace in 2020.

• The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group (KJCG): For more than six years, I directed multimillion-dollar global transformation engagements within Fortune 500 companies and across industries including pharmaceutical manufacturing, fashion, finance, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. I specialized in leadership development, executive alignment, strategic planning, and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
