I am an enterprise transformation executive and founder with more than fifteen years of experience advising senior leaders across Fortune 500 corporations, high-growth private companies, and global consulting engagements spanning the United States, South America, Europe, and Singapore.

I served as a senior advisor during complex organizational transitions, including mergers and acquisitions, large-scale workforce integrations, and proactive performance stabilization initiatives.

Step 2:
Fill out an Intake Form and Schedule a one/one discovery call: The one-on-one 60-minute discovery call helps both me (the coach/consultant) and you (the client) decide if we are a good fit for each other. We dive deeper into your needs, get clear on whether or not you are ready for coaching or consulting, and establish a relationship and rapport between you (the client) and me (the coach/consultant), even before our work commences.

Select your executive coaching package or consulting engagement.

Sign your contract, pay your investment, and let's get started!

Package One: Six (6) one/one 70-minute bi-weekly or monthly
coaching sessions (virtual or in-person). -
Package Two: Twelve (12) one/one 70-minute bi-weekly or monthly coaching sessions (virtual or in-person).

coaching sessions (virtual or in-person).
